Who owns my data?
You do. Your Shopify store, payment processor and QuickBooks stay in your name. If you leave, we export everything to you.
Is my information safe?
Each vendor's data is kept apart from every other vendor's, sign-in is by email link or password, files are stored privately and Shopify keys are encrypted. Only you, your team and our finance staff can see your books.
Do I need Shopify?
For the online store and inventory sync, yes. If you don't have one yet, we can set it up with you. Buylists, scanning and books work without it.
What else will I pay for?
You keep paying your own Shopify, card processing and QuickBooks, in your name.
Can I start with the app and add accounting later?
Yes. Move up to Vendor + Accounting any time; we pick up your books from the month you switch.
Can my partner and helpers use it?
Yes. Owners see everything. Helpers can scan and build buylists without seeing your books.
